Can I bring my own architect or do I have to use yours?
We’re happy to collaborate with your architect, or we can connect you with trusted partners we’ve worked with for years. Either way, our goal is to ensure your design is buildable, efficient, and aligned with your vision.
How much does a custom home cost in the Austin area?
Custom home costs vary widely based on design, materials, and site conditions, but you can generally expect $200–$300+ per square foot. We’ll walk you through pricing in detail and help you get the most value for your budget.
Can you help with financing or construction loans?

Nope. We manage the project fully, but we do keep you in the loop with regular updates, photos, and walkthroughs. You’re always welcome to visit the site, but you can also follow along from anywhere.

Not at all, in fact, it’s very similar to financing a new home purchase. Construction loans and end loans are common, and many local lenders have programs specifically for custom builds. We’ll walk you through your options, connect you with experienced lenders, and help you get pre-approved so you can move forward with confidence.
